Though the formula behind John Wick does not change much, the franchise has successfully topped itself with every outing by upping the ante of general insanity and revolutionizing film violence choreography with every new scene. In the fourth film, fresh locales and faces, including two of the best villains in the series yet (played by Donnie Yen and Bill Skarsgård), keep things constantly moving and entertaining, and the final sequences in Paris make for the perfect series pinnacle. Judging by the reviews, quality, and audience reception, John Wick: Chapter 4 could be considered the best entry of this franchise.

If John Wick: Chapter 4 is not enough guns and violence for you, STARZ has an action film plethora. Other 2023 releases include Plane and Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre, but the older options are where STARZ shines brightest. Older favorites like Mr. & Mrs. Smith and the X-Men franchise are currently available for streaming, while the first The Equalizer movie and Bad Boys for Life show off STARZ’s collection of beloved franchise entries. Options get less savory as you dig deeper, like the many Death Race and Underworld sequels that one would do best to avoid, but you will come across an underrated great like Beirut now and then.
John Wick: Chapter 4 stands out miles above these other films, but its inclusion on STARZ is only a limited-time offer. Next year, Lionsgate will surely place this John Wick movie with the rest on Peacock, but for now, STARZ is the best and easiest way to stream. Patient streamers can wait for the transition, but you will not get a better excuse to check out STARZ the rest of this year, so act while you can.
