‘Dance Life’ Cast
The Dance Life trailer involves students and their parents discussing the rigorous program and what it means to be successful there. Students discuss themes of self-confidence and belonging, briefly describing the internal struggles they will need to overcome to thrive at Brent Street. Viewers will also see students from various backgrounds, from disadvantaged dancers fighting for their place to privileged students who believe they are owed a place at the studio.
We also see clips of teacher Cassie’s drive to yield perfection from her students. While the class describes her as one of the best teachers in Australia, they also describe her as ruthless with high expectations for her dancers. Students will need to exercise their determination and skills to impress Cassie and find success after they graduate from the studio.
