Is there a word for that hangover-like feeling you get after a great Netflix binge? Bingeover, anyone? Well, whatever it’s called, that’s what Suits did to people when it first came to streaming years ago, and now it’s in the middle of a revival, giving countless people that empty feeling all over again. If you managed to bend space and time, bingeing all nine seasons of Suits in two days like the rest of us did, no worries – here are some other shows just as binge-able as Suits.
The Lincoln Lawyer
This second adaptation of The Lincoln Lawyer novels by Michael Connelly didn’t seem to be necessary, since a great film starring Matthew McConaughey was released in 2011. However, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, starring as the titular Lincoln lawyer, Mickey, manages to make the character his own. This series brings legal drama and personal drama, just like all of your favorite episodes of Suits.
The Lincoln Lawyer is streaming now on Netflix.
House
If what you really love about Suits is the fact that Harvey seems superhuman in his ability to figure things out like absolutely no one else can, then House is the show for you. The defining trait of Dr. House is the fact that he always knows what’s wrong with his patients, and even though you know he’ll figure it out, it’s still entertaining every time.
House is streaming now on Peacock and Prime Video.
Lie to Me
Similar to House, Lie to Me is about an almost-superhuman lie detection expert that helps solve cases on behalf of the FBI. Tim Roth is highly compelling as Cal, and the cases are unique right from the first episode. With just three seasons on the air, this show had a lot more runway to go, but we’re glad we got as much as we did.
Lie to Me is streaming now on Hulu.
How to Get Away with Murder
Viola Davis. Isn’t that all you need to know? Do you need more? Okay. What happens when a group of law students and their professor go just a bit too far in their learning? And what if everyone gets a little too close? They get caught up in a real-life game of Clue, duh! If you ever thought Suits could really stand to amp up the drama and push your ability to suspend disbelief, well happy birthday, How to Get Away with Murder was made just for you.
How to Get Away with Murder is streaming now on Netflix.
Succession
So you watched Suits, and the whole time you were salivating over the aggressive pitbull tactics everyone uses in the business world? Every time someone found a loophole to a very clear law, or when Louis wrote a contract clause to protect his office snacks, you were hooked? Succession is the show for you. It’s four seasons of horrible people constantly vying for power, ready for your viewing pleasure.
Succession is streaming now on Max.
