Concert ticket prices are rising at an unprecedented rate, making live music an inaccessible form of entertainment for millions of Americans. Thanks to streaming services, though, we’re able to enjoy concerts from the comfort of our own homes. The experience might not be as enjoyable in your living room as it is at a stadium, but it’s a heck of a lot cheaper. Stream these concerts if seeing your favorite artist live isn’t an option this summer.
Taylor Swift: Reputation Stadium Tour
Taylor Swift made headlines for this summer’s The Eras Tour, her international stadium tour covering hits from her entire discography, before the tour even began. Ticket prices were downright insane, and even those who could afford to go couldn’t get tickets thanks to Ticketmaster.
If you’re a Swiftie who wasn’t able to snag a ticket to The Eras Tour for whatever reason, stream Taylor Swift: Reputation Stadium Tour, a recording of her performance from her stop in Dallas during the titular 2018 concert series. You won’t be able to trade bracelets with other concertgoers, but you won’t have to spend hundreds of dollars, either.
Taylor Swift: Reputation Stadium Tour is streaming now on Netflix.
The Weeknd: Live at SoFi Stadium
Don’t let The Weeknd’s character in The Idol cloud your judgment – The Weeknd is an unparalleled artist. After performing at the Super Bowl Halftime Show in 2021, The Weeknd realized putting together a stadium tour was well within his and his team’s abilities, and in the summer of 2022, he set out on the North American leg of his concert series.
Since he had to postpone his After Hours tour due to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Weeknd created a new setlist that incorporated tracks from his new album, Dawn FM, for the After Hours til Dawn Tour. The Weeknd: Live at SoFi Stadium is a recording of one of his performances at the titular venue. If you were at all impressed by The Weeknd’s Super Bowl performance, this will blow you away.

Homecoming: A film by Beyoncé
Beyoncé is currently on her Renaissance World Tour, but long before she released her album of the same name, Bey was headlining Coachella. Like the Queen she is, Beyoncé recorded her performance so those of us who don’t live in the desert could witness her greatness, too.
Homecoming: A film by Beyoncé, just as the title suggests, is a film. It’s not a start-to-finish recording of her Coachella performances, but rather a documentary that includes footage of her preparation for the festival (which Beyoncé fans know is rare) intertwined with pieces of her on stage. Even though Homecoming isn’t a recording of a concert in the way the other specials on this list are, bits and pieces of a Beyoncé performance are better than most artists’ entire sets, so it’s absolutely worth a watch.
